Trackable Health is committed to not only providing security and accountability, we are building a platform of trust that extends to everything we do including how we utilize artificial intelligence to better serve our customers and end-users.

Here are our tenants around AI and please know that these are always evolving and being made better:

  • Transparency: The company must be transparent about how AI is being used to track health information and how the information is being used to make decisions.
  • Privacy: All health data collected through AI must be kept private and secure. The company must comply with all relevant privacy regulations.
  • Informed Consent: Participants must provided informed consent before their health data is collected and used by AI. They should be made aware of what information is being collected and how it will be used.
  • Non-Discrimination: AI should not be used to discriminate against patients based on their race, gender, age, or other personal characteristics.
  • Accountability: The company should be accountable for the accuracy of AI-based health assessments and recommendations. Patients should have the right to challenge and appeal decisions made by AI.
  • Portability: Patients should have the ability to access their health data collected by AI and transfer it to other providers if they choose to do so.
  • Fairness: AI should not be used to unfairly advantage or disadvantage any particular group or individual.
  • Continuity-of-care: The company must provide continuity of care even if AI is being used to track health information. Participants should still have access to human professionals if needed.
  • Oversight: The company should be subject to independent oversight to ensure that AI is being used ethically and in the best interests of participants.

Artificial Intelligence is a tool for positivity and improvement, but a tool that demands an incredible amount of oversight and the protocols to keep everyone’s best interest protected.
